Data is used to identify users, organise study groups, provide laboratory access, store results and administer the learning process.

Storage

Learning data is stored in services used by the platform, including Supabase. Access is restricted through roles and security policies.

Access to data

Students access their own data, while teachers and administrators access information only as required for the learning process.

User rights

Users may request corrections or clarification of their data. The institution using the system should define the formal request procedure.

Sessions and technical data

Technical cookies or similar session mechanisms may be used for authentication and correct platform operation.

Changes to this document

This policy may be updated as the platform develops or data-protection requirements change.
